Yesterday...

  Yesterday was Anzac Day.

Yesterday I was in the Anzac day parade for the first time.

Yesterday It was the coldest Anzac Day in eight Years.

Yesterday I was walking up a hill with freezing cold hands.

 Yesterday I walked in beat to the drums.

Yesterday I stood in the cold and said the Lords prayer.

Yesterday I had lunch in the a cafe with my family.

Yesterday I ate chocolate.

Yesterday I went to sleep

to go out of your way

Yesterday after church, we went to go get Fish 'n' Chips.

On the way back, we saw this cute girl (8 maybe?) standing on the path.

She was holding up a picture of flowers and singing and in front of her was a little pink hat. 

She was busking.

We were saying how cute she was and stuff, then decided to go back and give her some money.

Jem hopped out and gave her 60 cents, saying what a good job she was doing and stuff.

Her face lit up and she couldn't stop saying thank you.

As soon as we drove off, she grabbed her hat and money and ran to show her Mum who'd been watching from the doorway.

Apparently she's been singing 'Mama Mia'.

It made my day and it probably made hers too..

It just goes to show how nice it can be to go out of your way for others.

Everyone loves ice skating..

..don't they?
Yesterday Dad, Hannah, Jem, Janae and I went ice skating!
It was a very spontaneous outing..

We were just like, lets go out somewhere?
where should we go?
